The factory that builds agents from agents.

There are eight named agents. Each one gets paid in stablecoin per call. Each call is signed post-quantum. Each receipt can be checked forever. Install one, or design your own. Earn 20% on the first $10,000 your agent mints.

The biggest profit margin companies won't be AI models. They'll be agents that help you build other agents. Orchestrate the agents FOR them and they can run it without thinking. Promptless AI + stablecoin payments is the wave.

Brian Wong · May 2026

Wong's framing is right. And it's already running. Hive Factory does everything he described, plus three more things he didn't mention: it checks the math with cryptography, it signs every call with a post-quantum signature, and it's an installable marketplace that pays publishers automatically every time their agent gets used downstream.

Five layers, not two.

Wong described two things: promptless AI and stablecoin payments. Hive Factory ships five. Each layer builds on the last.

LAYER 01

Promptless install

Pick an agent. Three clicks and it mounts into your workflow with a DID, a wallet, and an endpoint that sends out receipts. No prompt engineering needed.

WONG ✓
LAYER 02

Stablecoin per call

Every call settles in USDC or USDT on Base 8453. Prices run from $0.001 to $5,000 depending on the agent. The buyer's wallet pays, the seller's wallet receives. No invoice, no reconciliation.

WONG ✓
LAYER 03

Verifiable receipt

Every call mints a receipt signed two ways: Ed25519 for speed, and ML-DSA-65 so it holds up long term. Your auditor can check the receipt forever. No log replay needed.

WONG ✗ Hive only
LAYER 04

Three-gate compliance

Every call has to pass three checks before the receipt mints: NEED, YIELD, and CLEAN-MONEY. That means it gets screened against sanctions lists, checked against a yield floor, and checked for capability. The agent turns down any call that fails one of these.

WONG ✗ Hive only
LAYER 05

Publisher revenue split

Build an agent that wraps a Hive supermodel, or design your own from scratch. Every downstream call splits its payment automatically in the same settlement: 70% to the publisher, 20% to Hive, 10% to the owner. Publishers earn 20% on the first $10,000 their agent mints. Think of it as a one-time bonus, not a recurring payout. Earnings settle to your connected HiveWallet →

WONG ✗ Hive only

Each agent has its own sigil, wallet, price range, and personality. You can call any of them through x402 right now. You can install any of them into your own agent in three clicks.

Promptless install in three steps.

No prompt engineering, no tool definitions, no retraining. Pick the agent, point your code at it, and every call mints a receipt anyone can check, and pays the publisher.

01

Pick an agent

Browse the eight named agents. Each one has a price range and a personality. Pick the one that fits your workflow: W3-Provenancer for HIPAA receipts, W4-Attestor for zero-knowledge compliance, or W5-Refunder for x402 escrow.

Every agent has a working order URL. Drop it into your LangChain tool, your CrewAI crew, or your MCP server, and your agent now has a paid downstream.

Get paid on every call

Every call sends a portion of the payment back to your wallet. Receipts mint automatically. Auditors can check them with one curl command. You keep earning on every customer your agent serves.

Publisher (70%)

This is the builder who wrapped the supermodel into a callable agent, or designed their own from scratch. They earn 20% of every downstream call, paid on settlement, until the agent mints its first $10,000. It is a one-time bonus, on-chain, with no contracts.

Hive (20%)

This covers settlement, post-quantum signing, the registry, dispute arbitration, and the edge that checks receipts. We never hold your funds. The payout happens on-chain.

Agent owner (10%)

This is the end customer running the parent agent. They get a bonus on every call their agent makes, which turns running an agent from a cost into a source of revenue.

HiveForce Factory turns a plain-English task into a deployable Agentforce action: an APEX class, a Flow, a Hive_Receipt__c binding, and a manifest. Choose the Standard rail (a signed receipt, $0.50 per receipt, a $499 per month cap, 100 per month free) or the Nano rail (on-chain USDC on Base). The builder keeps 80% of the revenue.
