Hive Legal gives out qualified electronic signature (QES) receipts that follow eIDAS 2.0 Annex IV and ALCOA+. It's built for law firms, regulated industries, and government contracts, the places where the receipt itself is the evidence.
Every tier gives you a receipt signed twice. Higher tiers add a countersignature, notary-grade timestamps, and the 32-axis Aurora-Lattice signing path.
For deal closings, signed contracts, and discovery. Each side gets a countersigned receipt they can check on their own.
Keeps clinical-trial data honest with ALCOA+ receipts that hold up to a 21 CFR Part 11 inspection with no cleanup needed.
For KYC and AML records, when the regulator wants the actual receipt, not just a summary from your case-management system.
For procurement sign-off, chain of custody that works with FOIA requests, and evidence that can move between agencies.
It's four steps, from the first signature to long-term storage.
Send in the document, the party DIDs, and what the document is meant to do legally. Hive sends back a Standard-tier receipt within 200 ms.
The other party's DID signs the receipt. Both signatures lock onto the same fingerprint of the document.
The receipt is signed off-chain and verifies offline against published keys. Any chain anchor must be separately selected and specified; a chain record does not itself verify the signature.
It sits in the Hive evidence vault for 7 years. Counsel or a regulator can pull it any time.
