What this is
ENTROPY-RECEIPT is a thermodynamic, TBR-signed payment receipt anchored to a tamper-evident ledger, as the page has always claimed. The idea is a receipt whose signing process draws on physical randomness rather than a purely computational source, then anchors that receipt where it cannot be quietly edited.
This is the concept as stated. The mechanics of how the thermodynamic signing works are not detailed here, because the endpoint that would demonstrate them does not exist yet.
