What this is
Circle's Nanopayments flow gives a seller two ways to submit a settlement: directly, or through a Nanopayments integrated facilitator. That choice is documented but not something either side has to prove after the fact.
FACILITATOR-SWITCH's angle is proving which facilitator handled a given payment. A signed record of the routing choice lets a buyer or auditor confirm which path a payment took, without having to trust either party's word for it.
