What this is
THERMAL-ATTEST names Johnson-Nyquist thermal-noise entropy receipts attested by the originating chip. Johnson-Nyquist noise is the random electrical noise generated by the thermal agitation of electrons inside any conductor, a real and well-studied physical phenomenon. The idea is to draw randomness for a receipt from that noise and have the chip itself attest to it, tying the receipt to a specific piece of hardware.
This is the concept as the page has always stated it. There is no live endpoint or working demonstration of it here.
